I’m trying to make new habits for myself and I began a new one this week: waking up early. Doing so allows me the time to do things such as: exercise, relax, make breakfast/lunch….today I made a breakfast smoothie.
A couple weeks ago I made “banana ice cream” as seen all over pinterest. It came out well but after the first bowl, the leftovers just sat in the freezer. So this morning I took that banana puree, added the last of my frozen berries, and a spoonful of peanut butter.
